When you disable a group, members of the group cannot access any Smart API.
Because users can be members of more than one group, a user in this group might still
have access to Smart APIs as members of another group.

On the left panel, click Groups
.

Click the group in the grid to see its details.

Click the Enable Group checkbox to change the status to Disabled

Click SAVE at the top of the section.
