Click Tools > Manufacturing Services > Analyze Macro Information to display the Analyze Macro Information dialog.

Drag a column header and drop it here to group by that column

Groups the rows of macro information by the selected column header. Drag a column header into this space to group the rows of macro information by that column. Click the column in the Grouped by space to change the sort order for that group. Drag the column back to the table underneath the header columns to ungroup the rows of macro information. Alternatively, click Com_Clear in the column group box to ungroup the rows of macro information.

Column Chooser

Displays a list of columns that you can show or hide in the table. By default, the Part Name, Cross Section Type, Macro Name, Macro Key, Macro Offset, Macro Location, Curve Count, and Feature Items columns are available. Clear a column check box to hide that column.

Clear

Clears the command select set.

Export to CSV

Exports the data in the table to a comma separated value (.CSV) file.

Macro Information Table

  • Click a column header to change the sort order for that column.

  • Click the filter Filter in a column header to define arguments that narrow the list of macros in that group.

  • If you do not see one of the columns listed below, click Column Chooser icon_macro editor_column chooser and select the check box for the hidden column.

Part Name

Displays a list of part names associated with the selected assembly, profile, or member.

Cross Section Type

Displays the cross-section associated with the part name in the current row.

Cross Section Name

Displays the cross-section name associated with the part name in the current row. Sections are defined in the reference data. For more information about reference data, see the Structure Reference Data Help.

Macro Name

Displays the matching macro definition name, if one exists.

Macro Key

Displays the key which represents the macro and is used to map to a macro definition.

Macro Offset

Displays the horizontal offset of the macro geometry from the start of the profile.

Macro Location

Displays the macro location (end cut at start, end cut at end, edge feature, and so on).

Curve Count

Displays the number of curves that make up the macro geometry.

Feature Items

Displays the feature item names that make up the macro.
