Missing Smart 3D Data - Intergraph Smart 3D - Reference Data

Problem

The loopback process does not upgrade data to Smart 3D correctly.

Possible Causes

Review the S3DProductionClientInfo.log file each time you run the loopback. For best practice, we recommend that you check the following after each run:

• The loopback triggered successfully.

• The loopback process ran.

• The nesting system generated valid files.

• The software did not encounter errors.

Solution

1. Correct any errors listed in the S3DProductionClientInfo.log file, and then re-run the loopback process.

2. In Smart 3D, select the manufacturing plate or manufacturing profile parts that you nested, and then click Properties.

   The Manufacturing Profile Part Properties dialog box displays.

   

   

• The Nesting tab displays data successfully sent from the nesting system.

• Refresh the work space if the Nesting tab is missing or empty.
