Right-click the model root or a folder in the Management Console, and then select New > Search Folder Command to add a search folder to the hierarchy.

Right-click on the new search folder, and then select the Setup Command to display the Setup Dialog.

Select More in the Filter list, and then select a filter. Click Properties to display the Filter Properties Dialog.

Select More in the Start From list, and then select a component from the Select Drawings Component dialog.

Click OK.

Right-click the search folder, and then select the Run Query Command. The documents returned by the query are added to the Search Folder listing in the Detail View.

To rename the folder, right-click the folder, and then select the Rename Command, or select the folder, and press F2 on the keyboard. Type a new name.
