Specifies objects to clean.

Drag a column header and drop it here to group by that column

Groups the rows of database objects information by the selected column header. Drag a column header into this space to group the rows of database objects information by that column. Click the column in the Grouped by space to change the sort order for that group. Drag the column back to the table underneath the header columns to ungroup the rows of database objects information. Alternatively, click X in the column group box to ungroup the rows of database objects information.

Database Information Table

  • Click a column header to change the sort order for that column.

  • Drag a column header above the column headings row to group by properties of that column.

  • Drag a column header between headers of columns to move or re-order that column.

  • Click the filter in a column header to define arguments that narrow the list of database objects in that group.

Class

Displays the class of the database object.

Name

Displays the name of the database object.

Description

Provides a brief description of the problem.

Permission Group

Displays the permission group for each object.

Action

Describes what to do to fix the problem. The actions include To Be Removed, To Be Repaired, and To Be Checked by DBChecker.

Severity

Displays the severity of the problem: Fatal, Crucial, High, or Normal.

Date Created

Shows the date when the problem was first detected.

Date Last Modified

Shows the date when the problem was last checked.

Comment

Displays the comments specified for each object.

OID

Shows a unique identifier for each object.

Clean

Cleans all objects selected in the grid.

Ignore Approval Status

Removes or repairs objects that are not in Working status (that is, objects that are In Review, Rejected, or Approved) when Action is set to To Be Removed or To Be Repaired. The software writes information about the removed and repaired objects to the log file. Click View Log to review this information. Clear the check box to ignore objects that need to be repaired or removed and are not in Working status.

View Log

Displays a log file for the process in a separate window.
