on the vertical toolbar.

Select Piping Features in the Locate Filter.

Select the feature break to move.

Click Move
on the main toolbar.

Click Move From
to identify the origin of the move vector. If you do not define a starting point,
the software assumes the current location of the feature break is the starting point.

Click Move To
.

Move the feature break to a new location.
You can use Tools > PinPoint Command and Tools > Point Along Command to help locate the feature break more precisely.
