Sets options when placing a section view. This ribbon displays after you have completed the placement of a cutting plane.
Update section
When checked, the section view updates after it is placed. This option is unchecked by default, but the last setting is saved as a session file preference.
View Style
Specifies a view style, which includes rules for filters, updates, and graphics. The view style controls the output characteristics of the view on the generated drawing. The list displays the 10 most recently used view styles in the session. Click More... to display the Select View Style dialog.
Changing the view style for the section view can result in symbology different from
that used in the parent view.
From Parent View
Select the From Parent View option to get the view style from the parent view style. By default, it is cleared and is available only for DBR drawings.
View Scale
Sets the scale family and scale used for the section view. The default scale setting is inherited from the parent view.
Objects From Parent View
Select the Objects From Parent View option to get the objects from the parent view. By default, it is cleared and is available only for DBR drawings.
