After receiving the backup dataset from the O/O, the EPC begins by restoring the databases from backup. First, use the to restore the site database. Then use the Tools > Restore Command in Project Management to restore the model database using the Restore one or more model databases from backup option. Finally, you must regenerate the Reports databases.
Restoring the site and the model exactly as they are provided is essential for maintaining
the model signature assigned when the O/O registered the Change Management model with
SDx. As such, do not deviate from these recommended workflows when restoring the O/O
dataset.
