At some point in the facility's life cycle, design changes associated with maintenance needs or revamp projects for expansion might dictate that some work be done by an Engineering Procurement Contractor (EPC) who does not have access to SDx. Working within a disconnected As-Built project scenario requires some deviations from the standard end-to-end Project As-Built with SDx workflow for the Owner/Operator (O/O) and for the off-line EPC. For simplicity, the tasks required in these instances are organized into the three phases listed below.
