Setting the active project enables scope assignment using the Claim command. After the active project is set, the software automatically assigns new objects to that project.

Open the Change Management model in Smart 3D.

Select More in the System list on the main toolbar to open the Select System dialog box.

Select a project in the hierarchy, and then click OK.
The selected project is now active and ready for you to refine the active scope, if needed.
