The Synchronize to SDx Status report lists the objects involved in the synchronize to SDx operation. The report indicates whether the synchronization to SDx for each object was successful or if an error prevented the object from synchronizing.

  1. Open Project Management, and then click the Integration > SDx Synchronization Monitor command to open the SDx Synchronization Status Window.

If you have the appropriate level of permissions, you can use also the SDx Synchronization Status Monitor from the Start menu. Click Start > Intergraph Smart 3D SDx Synchronization Status Monitor to open the SDx Synchronization Status window, and then click the Synchronization Status tab.

  2. Select a model in the Model Name list to display the related synchronize status details.

  3. Click Synchronize to SDx Report in the Synchronize to SDx Status pane to open the Synchronize to SDx Status Report Dialog.

  4. Under Filter By Date, select All to see a report for all synchronization actions irrespective of the date, or set a Date Range to limit the report output for a specific time-frame.

  5. Under Filter By Status, select the type of data to include in the report output:

Click Data error to include objects with data-related errors.

Click Client/Server error to include objects with server-related issues, for example, the server to which objects are being synchronized is shutdown.

Click Success Without Warnings to include objects that have been synchronized successfully.

Click Success With Warnings to include objects synchronized to SDx with warnings.

Click Excluded objects to show objects that have defined class mapping, but the specific instances are excluded by the Integration Service at runtime.

See Filter By Status in Synchronize to SDx Status Report Dialog for information about a specific type of data.

  6. Under Additional Fields, click Creation/Modification to include creation and modification data in your report.

Including creation and modification data might adversely affect performance.

  7. Click Create Report to generate the report and display the output in the Synchronization Status Report Window. You can drag column headings to change or filter the report display.

  8. Review the report output and address all errors and warnings. For example, if an object returns a data error, review the object in the model source file. For objects that return a client/server error, resolve the related server issue. Descriptions of common error conditions and recommended resolutions are listed in Appendix: Share/Synchronize Error and Warning Conditions.

  9. Click Close to close the window and return to the Synchronize to SDx Status Report Dialog.

Click Export Report to Export the Synchronize to SDx Status report to Excel.
