If you are not already in the Common task, select Tasks > Common.

Select File > Define Workspace.

Select the name of the model database that you want.

Select Create New Filter in the Filter box.

On the New Filter Properties dialog, type a name for the new filter in the Name box.

Specify the filter search properties by using one or more of the displayed tabs.

Select OK to close the New Filter Properties dialog.

Select OK to return to the model.

After the Define Workspace dialog closes, the window refreshes. After the refresh is complete, the Common window is active. Everything in the Tasks menu is now available.
