Specify bolt/pin properties of the welded beam attachment. You must enter these values to set the pin or bolt size and to set the port location.

  • For these properties, the default unit of distance is mm. Specify in at the end of the dimensional value to use inches (for example 10in).

  • If Pin1diameter and Pin1Length are set to zero, then the pin or bolt will not be drawn. If that is the case, then the port needs to be changed to an appropriate hole type in the XLS and a separate bolt or pin will need to be modeled.

IJUAhsPin1::Pin1Diameter

Specifies the diameter of the bolt or pin. Use this property as the connection diameter from AIR when you join the welded beam attachment bolt to an eye nut. An AIR that joins a welded beam attachment bolt to an eye nut will read the Pin1Diameter property from the welded beam attachment bolt and pass the value into the PinDiameter prompt of the eye nut. If the value is set to zero, then the pin will not be drawn.

IJUAhsPin1::Pin1Length

Specifies the length of the bolt or pin. If the value is set to zero, then the pin will not be drawn. The length will always be centered on the port location.

IJUAhsHeight2::Height2

Specifies the height of the bolt centerline, relative to the top of the base. This value determines the location of the bolt graphic and the location of the port.
