Standard Port

The maximum limit of standard ports is two. By default, port 1 is placed at the center of the plate shape on the bottom surface and port 2 is placed at the center of the plate shape on the upper surface.

IJOAhsStandardPort1::P1xOffset

Enter a value to move the port on the X-axis. Both positive and negative values are valid.

Enter a value to move the port on the Y-axis. Both positive and negative values are valid.

Enter a value to move the port on the Z-axis. Both positive and negative values are valid.

Enter a value to rotate the port about the X-axis.

Enter a value to rotate the port about the Y-axis.

IJOAhsStandardPort1::P1Rotz

Enter a value to rotate the port about the Z-axis.

Route Port

The route port helps to place a plate to a route. Only one route port per plate is allowed.

In the descriptions below, there is reference made to Pipe CL (centerline). While there is no actual Pipe CL, this is the imaginary pipe centerline where you can envision the pipe that you are connecting to running. The Pipe CL is always located off of the bottom edge of the plate shape. All of the offsets are in reference to this Pipe CL.

IJOAhsRoutePort::RPDiameter

Specifies the route diameter. The port is offset from the graphics by this value.

This value does not have to be just the route diameter; it can also include the pad thickness, insulation thickness, etc.

IJOAhsRoutePort::RPOffsetfromPipeCL

Specifies an offset from the Pipe CL moving perpendicular. If a non-zero value is entered, the port will be offset and the graphics of the plate will be extended so that they appear to reach the outside of the diameter specified.

IJOAhsRoutePort::RPOffsetalongPipe

Enter a value to move the port along the Pipe CL. Both positive and negative values are valid.

IJOAhsRoutePort::RPRotationAroundPipe

Enter a value to rotate the pipe port about its X-axis. Both positive and negative values are valid.

IJOAhsRoutePort::RPAdjustPlateLength

Enter the codelist value that specifies whether or not the length of the plate will be adjusted to meet the curve of the route when RPOffsetalongPipe is not 0. Values are 1 meaning yes and 2 meaning no.

Hole Port

The hole port is used only for plates that only connect via holes. This does not include bolt holes. The hole port cannot be offset but it can be rotated about the X, Y or Z axis. There can be a maximum of three hole ports. All of them have the same inputs.
