The following changes have been made to the Grids task.

Changes were made in Grids to prevent the editing and deleting of coordinate systems and planes created using Geometric Constructions in Molded Forms. Coordinate systems created using Grids commands are still fully modifiable in Grids. (P2 CP:358302)

You can now change the radial angle for grid planes in a radial coordinate system by using the Radial Angle property. See General Tab (Radial Grid Properties Dialog).
