  1. Click Insert Component Command on the vertical toolbar.

  2. Click Conduit on the ribbon.

  3. Click the Graphic view to display the New Conduit Run dialog.

  4. Specify the required properties, and then click OK.

  5. Select a component from the Type box on the ribbon, or click More to select a component from the catalog.

    The software displays the computed graphics of the component and additional options on the ribbon.

  6. If necessary, modify the position of the component using the Reference Position, Axis of Rotation, Rotate SP3D_BTN_Rotate, and Angle options on the ribbon.

  7. Click Finish to place the component in free space.

SHARED Tip To continue routing, select an end feature on the component and use Route Cableway or Quick Route .

Insert a Component Using Existing Run

  1. Click Insert Component Command on the vertical toolbar.

  2. Click Conduit on the ribbon .

  3. Select a conduit run from the Run box, and then click the Graphic view.

  4. Select a component from the Type box on the ribbon, or click More to select a component from the catalog.

    The software displays the computed graphics of the component and additional options on the ribbon bar.

  5. If necessary, modify the position of the component using the Reference Position, Axis of Rotation, Rotate SP3D_BTN_Rotate, and Angle options on the ribbon.

  6. Click Finish to place the component in free space.

SHARED Tip To continue routing, select an end feature on the component and use Route Cableway or Quick Route .
