Select a model, catalog, or site in the Project Management tree. Your selection determines the databases available for checking database integrity:

Select a model to check all of the databases associated with that model.

Select a catalog to check only the catalog database.

Select a site to check only the site database.

Click Database > Integrity to open the Check Data Consistency Dialog Box.

Select one or more databases to process.

Select Basic check.
Basic check runs a faster database check that looks for the most common problems. You can run
the basic check on a regular basis. Selecting Full check runs a deep integrity check that looks for any type of problem. Because a full check
takes considerably longer to complete, we running doing so on an infrequent schedule,
such as once a week, or when an uncommon problem is encountered.

Click Run to start the command.
Processing displays in the Checking window.

When processing completes, click Exit to close the dialog box.

Open the Temp folder, and review each error log created by the database integrity check. Verify that there are no catastrophic failures by looking for the word error or making sure that the command completed successfully on each database.

The DbIntegrityCommandLine-PlantName.txt file is also saved in the Temp folder. This file contains the command line you need if you choose to run Database Integrity on a batch script.
