Click View > Rotate View.
The rotation graphic appears at the view origin.

Define a focus of rotation by pausing the pointer over one of the axes on the rotation graphic to highlight and accept it as shown in the graphic.

Drag the selected focus of rotation to rotate the view.

If you want a specific degree of rotation, type a value in the Angle box on the Rotate ribbon, and press ENTER.

Right-click to end the command, or click Close on the ribbon.
When you end the Rotate View command, the previous command and its ribbon, if any, resumes.
