Click File > Define Workspace ((CTRL + W) to display the Define Workspace Dialog Box.

Select More from the Filter list to display the Select Filter dialog box.

Select My Filters, and then click New Filter (Simple or Asking) to display the Filter Properties dialog box.

Type a name for the filter in the Name box.

If necessary, click the System Tab (Filter Properties Dialog Box) tab. Select the systems to include.

Click OK on the Filter Properties dialog box to display the Select Filter dialog box with the new filter in the My Filters folder.

Select the filter you created, and click OK.

Click OK on the Define Workspace Dialog Box.
