Click View > Rotate View to display the rotation graphic at the view origin.

Select a linear object in the model and drag your cursor to start the rotation.
The linear object that you rotate around can be a pipe run, duct run, or cableway
run, or a grid line or structural member, for example.

If you want a specific degree of rotation, type a value in the Angle box on the Rotate ribbon, and press ENTER.

Right-click to end the command, or click Close on the ribbon.
When you end the Rotate View 
command, the previous command and its ribbon, if any, resumes.
