Select one or more objects to which you want to apply a surface style.

Click Format > Format Style to display the Style Dialog Box.

Click the Surface Tab, and select a style from the Styles list.

Click Apply to change the objects you selected.

You can apply a surface style to multiple objects at once by clicking Tools > Select by Filter.

If you do not select an object in the workspace, the Apply button on the New/Modify Style Dialog Box is not available.

If you select several objects from different style types, the Styles list is blank.

To add additional styles to your workspace, click Format > Format Style to display the Style Dialog Box, and then click New.
