In order for a representation of symbols to appear on profile sketches in the Ship Drawings and Reports task, a ProfileSketch layer must be added. The layer contains geometry and dimensions that appear in profile sketches.

ProfileSketch layer elements are copies of elements on other layers so that they follow the original elements as the symbol is manipulated.
