Handles Tab (Symbol Properties Dialog Box) - Intergraph Smart 3D - Reference Data

Scale Handles - Specifies that the symbol displays handles that you can use to scale the entire symbol.

Mirror Handles - Determines if the symbol displays handles that you can use to mirror the symbol.

Rotate Handles - Displays handles on the symbol that you can use to rotate the symbol when you place it in a document.
