Shortcut key mappings are saved locally in <APPDATA>\SmartSketch\SmartKeysMappings.txt. You can share these mappings among multiple Smart 3D users by placing a copy of the SmartKeysMappings.txt file on a server and then referencing it with a UNC path. In the registry of each user's local machine, modify the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Intergraph\Applications\SmartSketch.Application\PrefSets\AddIns\SmartKeysManager\MapFile value so that it points to the file in the server location.
