You can select earlier versions to run and then view results, or you can evaluate the existing policy. With each change you publish, the version number is incremented.
To run a policy and evaluate the results:

In the Admin Utility, click the Policy Management link.

In the Policy list, select one of the saved policies. You can check the Show unpublished policies only check box to limit the listed policies.

Include at least one system in the Monitored Systems list. For more information, see Associating Monitored Systems with a Policy†on page 245.

Select the version of the policy you want, and then click the Run button.

Click the Results button to view the results.
With the Policy Results window displayed, click a heading row, such as Failed Count, to sort the displayed results. Click the plus sign (+) next to an item to inspect the details about that item. In the following figure, three systems failed the test because these three systems did not have McAfee Anti-Virus version 3.
