Follow the steps below to create a new BizTalk project

Click File > New > Project.

Select BizTalk Projects, and then select Empty BizTalk Server Project.

Right-click the DynamicSOAPAPI project in the Solution Explorer, and then click Add Generated Items.

Select Consume WCF Service.
