An administrator can configure Integrity to create a workflow case when an asset is identified as added, missing, or transient. The administrator can also specify who to notify.

When the criteria are met, Integrity creates a case using the appropriate workflow definition and sends a notification email as defined. The email notification includes a link to the automatically generated case. Users who receive the email notification can click the link to open the associated case.
