You may need to modify a punch list item for many reasons, such as assigning it to someone, setting the due date, or adding a comment. To work with a punch list item, you need to open the Punch List Summary page, and then select the punch list item you want to review and modify.
To review and modify a punch list item:

In the Integrity web interface, click Punch List.

Click the ID for the punch list item you want to review or modify. The punch list item is displayed to the right pane.

Change the fields you want for this punch list item. For more information, see Understanding the Punch List Fields.

Click Save. Integrity saves the changes to the punch list item and records all changes to the punch list item in the change tracking log.
