The Diagnostic Utility checks if the 3D Graphic Data Service Web API is installed and running. The installation of the Web API is done when the Save & Configure button is pressed in the VDS Configuration Utility.

3D Graphic Data Service Web API could not be located in IIS
The Diagnostic utility could not find the 3D Graphic Data Service Web API in IIS. Run the VDS Configuration Utility again, and then click Save & Configure. If the Web API still cannot be found, contact your system administrator or HxGN technical support (Smart Community).

HTTPS binding has not been set for site [Web API URL] in IIS
In the IIS Manager, select the site the utility has reported the Web API is located under and add the correct site bindings. See Enable SSL and VDS for information on adding an HTTPS Binding.

Pool [pool name] could not be found in IIS
The Diagnostic utility could not find the application pool that corresponds to the Web API. This is an issue in IIS. Contact your system administrator.

Pool [pool name] is not using integrated pipeline mode
The application pool for the Web API is not using integrated pipeline mode. Run the VDS Configuration Utility again, and then click Save & Configure.
To do this manually:

Open the IIS Manager, and then select the application pool the utility has reported the Web API is using.

Set the correct pipeline mode.
