Tap Issues at the bottom of the screen to view issues.

Create an issue

  1. Tap + at the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Select the category of issue.

  3. Provide necessary details such as Subject, Description, and Type.

Respond to an issue

You need to have required permissions to respond to an issue.

Android application

  1. Filter the issue that is assigned to you.

  2. Tap the required issue card.

  3. Select the necessary option.

  4. Tap Back mobile app to go back to the issue screen.

iOS application

  1. Filter the issue that is assigned to you.

  2. Tap the required issue card.

  3. Select the necessary option.

  4. Tap Done and then Okay.

Attach documents

  1. Tap Attachments.

  2. Select From Documents.

  3. Select the required document.

  4. Select the file or image.

  5. Tap Back mobile app to go back to the issue screen.

Attach images

Android application:

  1. Tap Attachments.

  2. If you want to:

    • Add an image from device- Select From Device Photos.

    • Take a picture from your mobile- Select Take a Photo and click the required picture.

  3. To add markup, tap Create Markup and draw your markup on the image.

  4. Tap > Save to save the changes.

  5. Tap ATTACH Attach file to attach the image.

iOS application:

  1. Tap Attachments.

  2. If you want to:

    • Add an image from device- Select From Device Photos.

    • Take a picture from your mobile- Select Take a Photo and click the required picture.

  3. To add a markup, tap Create Markup on the bottom right corner of the screen.

  4. Select your markup tool.

  5. Draw the necessary markup on the image.

  6. Tap More > Save to save the changes.

  7. Select the resolution of the image you want to upload (High, Medium, or Low).

Add assignee(s)

  1. Scroll down and tap Assignees.

  2. Tap Add Assignee on the bottom right corner of the screen.

  3. Select the assignee(s) from the list of assignees.

  4. Tap Set as Primary to make an assignee as primary assignee.

  5. Tap ADD.

  6. Tap Back mobile app to go back to the issue screen.

Attach work packages

  1. Scroll down and tap Work Packages.

  2. Select a work package from the list of work packages.

  3. Tap Back mobile app to go back to the issue screen..

Associate components

  • Tap ADD COMPONENTS.

  • Select component from the list of components.Tap Back mobile app to go back to the issue screen.

  • In the iOS application to go back to the issue screen after associating a component or attaching a work package, you must tap DONE.

  • Documents attached to issues from Smart Build web app are also displayed in the mobile app.

Add hyperlinks

  1. Tap Hyperlinks.

  2. Tap Add Hyperlinks on the bottom right corner of the screen.

  3. Enter the necessary details, and then tap SUBMIT.

SHARED Tip You can also reassign, add comments, and change status of the issue using the respective options.
