A workspace administrator defines who can do what for each Smart Build Insight project.

If you are new to Smart Build Insight, we recommend reading Learn About Users, Roles, Role groups, and Permissions before you start.

Your first step depends on the project. Click the block to see our recommendation for how to get started in each situation.

This is the first project my company has ever set up.

You're starting from scratch, but that doesn't mean you have to do a lot of work. We provide a default setup for the project, so first Review existing role groups, roles, and permissions assignments.

We're assuming the project has already been created. If not, then you'll need to do that before you can see the default setup. For instructions, see Create a project.
