This feature was added with Update 14.
This process is applicable if you are upgrading from SDx 2019 Update 5 or higher
and do not have the SCLBIsOKToShareWithOtherOrgs property in the SDx system.
To hide the Collaboration tab in the document update form for the Administration document classifications, a template document, Hide SCLBUpdDocMasterMgtInfoAndCollaboratingOrgs Method for Admin and SharePoint Doc Template, is delivered and accessible through the Desktop Client. For information on how to access the template document and load the file into the system, see Enable new features and functionality using template files.
The SCLBIsOKToShareWithOtherOrgs property was removed in Update 5, and no delete instructions were delivered in the
upgrade instruction file. For more information, see Configure management properties on contractor documents.
