The CFIHOS model has been adopted into the standard SDx model. The components adopted are based on CFIHOS Specification Document and CFIHOS Reference Data Library (RDL) version 1.4.
As part of adopting the CFIHOS model, most data structure has been "mapped," or onboarded, as standard SDx model, since it makes sense in a broader spectrum than just CFIHOS. See Data Model Overview for a full overview of the mapped object entities and their CFIHOS equivalent. A specific choice has been made to not onboard all "lingo" from CFIHOS in cases where SDx already had schema in place. Most typical examples are Assets. which CFIHOS refers to as Equipment, and Locations, which CFIHOS refers to as Areas.
However,some of the onboarded data model is CFIHOS specific and is limited to the design properties that come from the CFIHOS RDL. The CFIHOS specific properties are exposed on "ICFIHOS_" interfaces, that can be realized by:
