The transmittal functionality is extended with the option to send the signed version (files) of the document to a supplier, vendor, authority organization, or a construction contractor. The cover sheet of the transmittal has also been updated to give an overview of the file types shared with the documents. (CR-AM-167549, CR-AM-172157)
While creating the transmittal, there is an option to choose whether a signed file needs to be transmitted. If a document does not have any signed files, then the Signed option is not available for selection. If Signed is selected and PDF and Native are cleared, then only the signed files are transmitted.

The administration tool Workflow Comparer provides system administrators with the capability to compare a HEX workflow template with a related MSR workflow template and allow you to resolve any step or property conflicts. (CR-AM-168977)

You can now set up the recurring and automatic cleanup of failed/awaiting approval jobs in the System Options page of the Data Validator Administration module. This will ensure better performance during login and while changing scope in SDx. The failed and awaiting approval jobs are configuration objects which also have tables in the database. Based on the System Options settings (Wait time to allow automatic cleanup of jobs awaiting for approval and Wait time to allow automatic cleanup of failed jobs options), the relevant job will be turned into non-configuration objects and the tables will be deleted. Even after this change the failed jobs can be accessed and cause for the failure can be retrieved. For more information, see Set Data Validator default options. (CR-AM-172294)

The Data Capture now automatically re-processes the files of multiple documents from which content extraction fails. The files are re-processed in smaller batches using a content discovery task which is automatically created for each batch. For more information, see Extract data from multiple documents.
