  • Web Client now supports the Override display for combos setting on forms for applicable display items, so when set to NameAndDescription both items display. For more information, see Create new display items. (CR-AM-111751)

  • You can now perform a health check on your SDx sites to help diagnose any issues by executing test scripts using HxGN SDx Site Diagnostics. For more information, see Perform diagnostic tests on sites. (CR-AM-165673, CR-AM-148825, CR-AM-165674, CR-AM-165675, CR-AM-170153)

  • When exporting files from one system to another using the Data Validator, you can choose to export only the file metadata and not the physical files. By using this feature during migration from SmartPlant Foundation or SPO/E to SDx, the time taken for migrating the data and documents with attached files will be reduced noticeably. Adding the files manually to the vault and recreating the relationships in the target side will also ensure the data migration is processed successfully.   • Markup layers added to files attached to a workflow, such as Technical Queries, can now be accessed using Manage Markup Layers in PDFTron. For more information, see View markup layers. (CR-AM-167175)

  • Administrators can define the chart type used for a chart widget when it is first displayed in a dashboard. The available chart types are Doughnut, Line, and Bar. For more information, see Create a widget. (CR-AM-168482)

  • The workflow step reassignment functionality now shows the logged in user in the Reassign window. For more information, see Reassign work to a different user. (CR-AM-169419)

  • You can now create a design component in the Web Client to store the SDx authoring data in a dedicated authoring domain. The design component must be related to the required job definition in the Data Validator Administration module in the Desktop Client. For more information, see Create a design component and Create a job definition. (CR-AM-170644)

  • You can now create Lists as List Items using the the CreateListAsEntry method. This is only accessible for the PABSystemAdmin user. (CR-AM-171485)

  • The Save Target As command in the Web Client now allows you to download the master file and its corresponding reference files in a single zipped file. For more information, see Download attached files. (CR-AM-174605)

  • You can now generate a merged PDF rendition of two or more files. This allows you to consolidate several files into a single PDF for printing, saving you resources and time. For more information, see Print files.(CR-AM-172221)

  • PDFTron markup layers now remain attached to files when associated with documents throughout an entire workflow, such as Actions or Technical Queries, and so on. For more information, see Using the Markup Layers Manager in PDFTron. (CR-AM-173163)
