• Group configurations are now supported when setting up licensing for HxGN SDx in Intergraph Smart Licensing. For more information see, License Site Settings node properties. (CR-AM-154111)

• The collaborating organization users can only see the documents which are in the current revision state, if created by other organization users. For more information, see Configure management properties on contractor documents. (CR-AM-157920)

  Security rules have been updated to support your organization’s information better. Documents that are shared with collaborating organizations will only be visible by the other organizations when approved/signed off. Documents that are under change and are being worked on will only be visible within your organization. During the period that the document is under change, the collaborating organizations will see the latest approved version of the document and the icon will indicate the document is under change.

• In the SDx document life cycle, the Show All Revisions and Show All Versions relationship definitions have been modified to handle the display of revisions and versions of the selected document (owned by the originating organization) by a collaborating organization user. • The SDAManageDataTree client API has been updated to add parameter 14, Document relationships for tabs with column sets. For more information, see SDAManageDataTree client API and its delivered methods. (CR-AM-161106)

• The default value for the BravaPublishTimeout setting has been increased from 4 minutes to 50 minutes. This setting specifies a timeout value for publishing a file to PDF or TIFF using the OpenText® Brava!® HTML Client. For more information about this setting, see Site Settings node properties. • The following arguments have been added to the command line implementation of SPFServerManager.exe. See Server Manager command line syntax and arguments for information about these and other arguments.

  • The /instrumentationkey optional argument has been added to work with the /updatesdasite argument. This argument sets the instrumentation key setting for the Web Client site for use with the Application Insights performance monitoring tool. (TR-AM-162645)

  • The /forcedelete optional argument has been added to work with the /deletesite, /lmdelete, and /deletesdasite arguments. This argument deletes the physical directories of the site, as well as log files. (CR-AM-160886)

  • The /removedb optional argument has been added to work with the /deletesite and /lmdelete arguments. This argument deletes the database associated with the site. (CR-AM-160888)

• You can now use the Copy Markups option to choose to copy existing markups on to attached files using the Replace Files and Check In Files commands. For more information, see Managing Documents and Files. (CR-AM-157482)
