    Tell me more

    • The Manage Data Book page now displays a count of the number of related objects in each tab, and tabs are only displayed if they contain related objects.

    • You can resize panes in the Manage Data Book window.

    • Data books now have an assigned data book owner. Only the data book owner can update, manage, and terminate a data book. They are also the only user who can generate the consolidated PDF for a data book. For more information, see Create a data book.

    • When viewing a data book and a chapter is selected, the chapter is now highlighted.

    • You can now use the VIEW FILE(S) icon to view a document when viewing the contents of a data book.

    • You can now use the Actions menu on chapter items in a data book.

  • You can now create and search for Issue Purposes and Disciplines in the Web Client. For more information, see Create an issue purpose and Create a discipline. (CR-AM-149042, CR-AM-149043, CR-AM-149044)

    Tell me more

    • You’ll be able to create Issue Purposes and Disciplines in the Web Client, so you’ll no longer have to switch applications to the Desktop Client in order to create these items.

    • When created in the Web Client, the objects are at the config top. You can then use the configuration update form to expose the item in a specific configuration.

    • This new feature helps the Business Administrator and SDx administrator immediately react to a business request for adding new Issue Purposes or Disciplines, leading to faster response and implementation of business requirements.

  • If the change request is assigned to a project when it is rejected, any associated tags are now unclaimed from the project. (CR-AM-145912)

  • You can now select multiple documents in a list view and run the content extraction. This helps save time because multiple documents can run at one, rather having to start them individually. (CR-AM-149818)

  • You can now use an action to view the status of content extraction from a selected document. For more information, see Extract data from a document and Data Capture Document Status. (CR-AM-151655)

  • You can now modify the disciplines assigned to a user in the Web Client. (CR-AM-152983)

  • The available priorities for a change request have been updated to I-LOW, II-MEDIUM, III-HIGH, and IV-VERY HIGH. Change requests can now be sorted according to their importance. (CR-AM-150382)

  • A change request can now be sent back to a previous step for it to be reworked and the rejection reason will be displayed on that step. For more information, see Review and approve or reject the change. (CR-AM-149239, CR-AM-150378, CR-AM-152350, CR-AM-150503, CR-AM-150382)

  • Administrators can now restrict the number of failed log on attempts users can have before their accounts are temporarily locked. For more information see, Log on security configuration. (CR-AM-138047)

  • You can now optimize the default batch quota values that are applied to batch OData requests. For more information see, Optimize OData batch operations. (CR-AM-151105)

  • Server Manager now creates a site using default timeout settings optimized for exporting large data sets. For more information, see Configure timeout and other settings for exporting large data sets. (CR-AM-154005)

  • The query/constraint language now supports the requirements for the autocorrelation and precedence rules. (CR-AM-154153)
