Planned maintenance is carried out on a regular basis. During a maintenance period, the system will be unavailable for all users.
Upgrades are regularly carried out to ensure that you have the latest, most up to date, version of SDx as quickly as possible. Upgrades will be carried out to an agreed schedule shortly after a new update becomes available.
You will be given advance notice of planned maintenance and upgrades as described
in Maintenance.
Users will be required to log out of the system before any upgrades or system maintenance can be carried out. During the update, no one will be able to use SDx.
Once the upgrade has taken place, users will be able to log in and immediately have access to the new features described in the HxGN SDx Release Bulletin.
