In the Desktop Client, click File > New > Report.

Select the report definition you created previously.

Select XHTML from the Report Output Style list.

On the Report details tab, select all the checkboxes except for Name.

Update the properties in the Caption column to suit your requirements, and then click OK.
A superior Location must be called as a PARENT in an Adhoc report.

Edit a report definition for a Tag
The following steps can be referred to as an example of properties that you can synchronize with Maximo.

In the Edit Report Definition dialog box, select Description.

Edit Caption, and then click Save. For more information, see Define filter criteria for an ad hoc report.

Use Criteria to filter the Tags for synchronization.

You can also add other properties to the report.

In the Save Report dialog box, type the required information, and then click OK.
