Problem
When you attempt to log on to or try to access the Intergraph Authorization Server, a page cannot be displayed or web page is not available message is displayed.
Solution
The authentication server cannot be found, as you do not have access to an SSL certificate. Ensure that you set up an SSL certificate for the Authorization Server. For more information, see Installing SSL Certificates.
