All later service packs for the virtualization tools are considered supported unless otherwise noted.

Operating Systems footnotes:
1 This version is certified on Windows 10 22H2 and Windows 11 24H2.
2 Microsoft Visual C++ runtime needs to be installed.
Database Engine footnotes:
3 Refer to Oracle support for compatibility between older clients and newer server versions.
4 No HxGN NetWorks Core software needs to be installed on the database server.
5 For Designer/Analyst and Field Review:

If you plan to publish secondary data or subsets (Publish Subset), be sure Oracle SQL Loader is installed on the client. SQL Loader is installed when the Oracle client is installed.

SQL Server Express is recommended for Field Review/Update applications.

7 SQL Server Management Studio is required for PublishSubset.exe or SetSubsetRoles.exe if you are using SQL Server Express.
19 PublishSubset.exe requires "SQL Server 2019 Express Advanced" to be installed.

12 Install the version delivered with your operating system:

IIS 10.0 on Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019/2025.

IIS requires turning on several components which are normally turned off.
13 It is installed as part of Oracle client.
14 WebDAV is required for configuration of file transfer activities and is used in Incremental Subset Publishing. Must be installed manually.
15 Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 SP2 (Dec 2019) Redistributable (32 bit) is required for the Select from Spreadsheet and Geocode from Spreadsheet commands. Note that the number 2010 in the engine name indicates the file format version.
16 Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016 or 2019 is required for the Analysis > Containment Analysis command and the Conflict Detection command.
17 All later service packs for the system dependencies are supported unless otherwise noted.
18 Install IIS Express 10.0 before installing Field Review. If your machine is 64 bit, then IIS Express 10.0 setup will automatically install both the 32 and 64 bit versions on the machine.
19 WebView2 Runtime version 100.0.1185.39 or higher.
21 .NET Framework 8 is required for I HxGN NetWorks In-Memory Trace Service.
