When EAM mobile is being used, to ensure synchronization of notebook data, both the R5 user and the DATABRIDGEINTERNALUSER must have the setting for "Allow Viewing Private Notebook" selected for both the sender and receiver. This checkbox is on the User Setup screen (Screen Designer may be needed to unhide this option).
