Within EAM select Administration > Security > Installation Parameters and then search and select the installation parameter named LGNDBR.

Change the LGNDBR install parameter to STD and then click Save.

Search and select the installation parameter IDMSRVR.
The install parameter IDMSRVR stores the URL for the IDM server. Typically, this
parameter will have been populated when your build was created. However, if this parameter
is NULL on your server, the following URLs were valid at the time of this writing:
USEast: https://idm6.auto.aws.infor.com:9443/ca/
Frankfurt: https://idm.eu1.inforcloudsuite.com:9443/ca
