The Workspace Moves feature allows for the management of workspace moves and associated equipment, employees and furnishings. Equipment includes equipment that is setup in the system as an asset. Employees can be more than one person that moves with the workspace. Furnishings are items like lamp, trashcan and chair that are not considered as equipment or assets in EAM but are listed for move tracking. The Furnishings tab is actually the parts associated tab that has been relabeled.
This screen is used for the creation and management of Workspace Moves. The user will define the "From Workspace" and the "To Workspace" for the Workspace Moves.
A drill down feature is added for both "From" and "To", so the user can drill down the location for each, "From Workspace" and "To Workspace".
