At this point you have completed the basic setup for your web service prompt screen. Now, let’s add it to a user’s menu so you can navigate to it for testing and any final configuration to be performed.
Remember, when you first saved the prompt on the record view of the Web Service Prompt screen the system automatically created a function record to represent the new prompt screen. Go to the User Group and click the Menus tab for the user group for which to add the prompt screen. One way to locate the screen is to filter where Screen = <web service prompt description>. Add the screen to the appropriate menu.
If the prompt is Type = ‘tab on screen’ the administrator will need to mark the tab
as ‘available for display’ or ‘always displayed’ for the parent screen and user group.
