The user enters Warranty Claim details and clicks submit.

The System verifies that a Warranty Claim record whose status is not cancelled with the specified combination of Work Order, Activity, and Job does not already exist in the system.

System:

Creates the Warranty Claim record with the Work Order, assigning it the next available Claim number in the sequence.

Inserts a new record for the specified Activity/Job (regardless of the Warranty flag) into Activities tab for Warranty Claim and Claim Lines tab for Warranty Claim. If an Activity is specified, then also insert records for each Job with the Warranty flag turned on.
