Use * for any organization when the associated screen in HxGN EAM does not have an Organization.
Upload Utility cannot null a field that has already been populated.
To prevent mapping file errors in HxGN EAM, format the columns of Excel files as Text to preserve the values for mapping. For a delimited file, enclose the mapping values in quotes (e.g., "00013"), top reserve the values for mapping.
