  1. Open the application.

  2. Click Setup.

  3. Specify this information:

    Web Service URL

    Specify the URL for the web service connection.

    User ID

    Specify your User ID.

    Tenant

    Specify the tenant ID if HxGN EAM is set up with multiple tenants.

    If a single tenant is configured, leave this field blank.

    Password

    Specify the password.

    As an alternative to entering a username and password; an API key may be used for authentication. If desired, select the Use API Key Authentication check box, and enter the key in the API Key field.

  4. Click OK to save the connection information.

    Click Test Connection to begin the testing process for web service connection.
