On the Bulletin Board Notices screen, you can maintain relevant information you want to communicate with your helpdesk personnel on the Call Center screen.
The screen has the following important attributes:

Start Date—The first date this notice will show on the Call Center screen. If left blank the notice will immediately show.

End Date—The last date this notice will show on the Call Center screen. If left blank the notice will keep showing.

Language—Notices will show on the Call Center based on the language of the helpdesk user.

Importance—Select Normal, High or Low. This list cannot be changed. Notices are sorted on the Call Center screen based on their importance. High first, then normal, then low.

Knowledge Base Article—You can cross reference a knowledge base article from the bulletin notice. If you click the bulletin notice title on the Call Center screen the system will display the associated knowledge base article.
