Registered users are defined on the Contact Information screen in EAM and log in to the Service Request Portal using their Portal ID and are navigated to the Request List which displays a list of their previously entered service requests. For Single Sign On (SSO) installations the External Contact ID on the contact information record must also be entered. This value must match the GUID field of the Infor OS, which captures the user’s unique identification and usually is an email address. To activate SSO the install parameter LGNCAL must be set to EXTERN.
